Statutory warranties

Your purchases benefit from the mandatory protections provided by French consumer law.

Statutory conformity warranty

You have 2 years from delivery to invoke a lack of conformity. For a new product, a defect appearing during those 24 months is presumed to have existed upon delivery unless proven otherwise.

Repair or replacement

You may request repair or replacement. The product must be brought into conformity free of charge, without major inconvenience and within 30 days after the request. Where provided by law, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale may be requested.

Hidden defects warranty

The hidden defects warranty may be invoked within 2 years after discovering a hidden defect that makes the product unfit for use or greatly reduces its usefulness.

Product use

Statutory warranties do not cover a defect caused solely by misuse, an accident or normal wear. These exclusions never restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Commercial warranty

Any commercial warranty applies only if expressly stated on the product page or in a document supplied to the customer. It never replaces statutory warranties.

Submit a claim

Contact noroxx.support@gmail.com with your order number, a description and useful photos. As the seller, Noroxx handles the claim and cannot require you to contact only the manufacturer or supplier.
