Except where a legal exception applies, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to inform Noroxx of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason.
Use the form below or email noroxx.support@gmail.com before the deadline. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product. The support team will provide the return address and instructions.
Direct return costs are paid by the customer for a change of mind. Noroxx pays them when the product is non-compliant, damaged or incorrect, or when required by law.
You may handle the product only as necessary to check its nature, characteristics and operation. A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
The withdrawal right may in particular be excluded for personalised or perishable products and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.
Refunds are made through the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days after notification. They include the price and standard delivery charges. Noroxx may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of shipment are received.
