Shipping and tracking

Essential information about the preparation, transport and delivery of your Noroxx order.

Delivery deadline

For orders delivered in mainland France, Noroxx undertakes to deliver no later than 30 calendar days after order confirmation. When a shorter date or period is announced before payment, that period applies.

Confirmation and tracking

An order confirmation is sent by email. When your order ships, you receive the available tracking information. Please also check your spam folder.

Separate parcels

An order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels. No additional charge that was not announced when ordering will be billed for these separate shipments.

Delivery delay

If delivery is late, contact Noroxx in writing. You may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, if it still does not arrive, cancel under the applicable legal conditions. Amounts due are then refunded within 14 days after cancellation.

Damaged or incorrect parcel

Report the issue promptly to noroxx.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Delivery address

Check your full name, address, postcode and access information before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed before shipment.
